Refund policy

We want every session to be worth it. Here's how refunds work.

Cancelled in time

Trigger: You cancel your session more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Result: Full refund of $49 to your original payment method. No questions asked.

Timeline:Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Last-minute cancellation

Trigger: You cancel your session less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Result: No refund is issued. The pro has reserved their time for you and may have declined other bookings.

Exception: If you experience a genuine emergency (medical, family, or similar), email us at support@cultcode.dev with details. We review emergency requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Pro cancels

Trigger: The pro cancels your session for any reason, at any time.

Result: You receive a full refund of $49 automatically. No action is required on your part.

Timeline:The refund is initiated within 24 hours of the cancellation and typically appears in your account within 5–7 business days.

Session didn't meet expectations?

If you feel that a completed session did not deliver the value you expected, we want to hear about it. Email support@cultcode.dev within 48 hours of your session with a brief description of what went wrong. Our team will review your case and may offer a full or partial refund, or a credit toward a future session with a different pro. We take session quality seriously and your feedback helps us maintain high standards across the Platform.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@cultcode.dev with the following information:

  • Your session ID (found in your booking confirmation email or dashboard).
  • The reason for your refund request.
  • Any relevant details that will help us review your case quickly.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
